Remuneration and scope

  • Buyer's agent fee: 3% of the purchase price ( minimum €8,000 )

  • Engagement fee: €990 , non-refundable , creditable towards the success fee for 12 months

  • Included: Shortlist (1-3 projects) including initial research/coordination

  • Delivery: Shortlist within 48 hours after payment of the engagement fee.

  • Validity: Shortlist 30 days

  • Additional services: €140/hour or €700/day + expenses (due from the 2nd viewing onwards)

  • Success fee due: 20% upon acceptance of a purchase commitment/reservation , remainder at the notary appointment.

  • Protection period: 12 months for presented/viewed objects

  • End of engagement: After 30 days without renewal; expenses incurred will be charged according to rates; kill fee €990 ; engagement fee non-refundable
